Brick and flint architecture on the Norfolk coast

Location: Wiveton, Norfolk, UK

This extension to a family house in Norfolk, England, is designed with a brick and flint facade appropriate to local materials. The challenge was to build ecologically while also addressing flooding concerns always present in this low-lying coastal zone.
